Impact of Supplying Allergy Food Initiative
So far, SAFE's has supplied over 2,500 pounds to our partner pantries. Since “each meal is roughly 1.2 pounds of food”(according to FeedingAmerica.org), it can be said that, so far, SAFE has helped provide around 3,000 meals to those with food allergies facing food insecurity.
