Impact of Supplying Allergy Food Initiative
So far, through the S.A.F.E.'s supplying allergy food initiative, over 500 pounds of food has been donated to the three local pantries it’s partnered with, and since “each meal is roughly 1.2 pounds of food”(according to FeedingAmerica.org), it can be deduced that so far, S.A.F.E. has helped provide approximately 417 meals to those with food allergies facing food insecurity in the Greater Cincinnati area.
Impact of Supplying Education Initiative
While S.A.F.E.'s supplying education initiative can’t necessarily be measured and quantified, the pantries where it has been implemented have said that copies of the magazine are constantly being taken, and customers find it super helpful.
So far we have printed over 200 copies of E.D.I.T., S.A.F.E.'s monthly released magazine, which have been distributed to the pantries S.A.F.E. is partnered with.

S.A.F.E. on WCPO 9 News
Recently I had the wonderful opportunity to be featured on WCPO 9 News's Positively Cincinnati segment having the chance to talk about S.A.F.E. and precisely what it is, what we do, and what we've done. Positively Cincinnati highlights efforts being taken by those in the local Cincinnati community to make it a better place, and I had the chance to be interviewed by Kristen Hartman, who runs this segment. I truly hope you'll watch the short clip to learn more about S.A.F.E. and will hopefully be inspired to help S.A.F.E. out in any way you can.
